Music Registration: Registration and payment for Music Lessons is due on the 1st of the month for that month of lessons. If payment is not received, the instructor will be contacted and the student in question will not be included on the lesson list for that month.
Cancellations & Make-Up Lessons: Each instructor with McCord Gallery & Cultural Center has a specific policy approved by McCord. Students receive a copy of the instructor’s policy at the beginning of their lessons and students/parents are requested to sign off on the policy ensuring that they have been given a copy and understand the instructor’s policies.
Payment: Payments for Music Lessons are due in full on the 1st of each month. Students who do not have their payments in by the 1st of the month will be sent a reminder followed by a phone call from the McCord Office. If payment is not submitted by the end of the month the student will be removed from the music student roster. Payment may be submitted by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. McCord Gallery & Cultural Center does offer an autopay option where student’s credit accounts are charged automatically each month. Please contact the office for more information.
Refunds: Music students participating in lessons with McCord Gallery & Cultural Center will not be offered a refund without first discussing it with the student’s primary music instructor. Students must agree to and understand the policy of their primary music instructor.
Art Registration: Registration and payment for all Art Classes and Workshops must be received at least 10 days prior to the start of the registered class or workshop. Registration may be submitted by phone, mail, or in person. Space is not reserved unless payment has been received. Classes or workshops with less than 5 students will be canceled. Tuition cannot be prorated.
Art Refunds: McCord Gallery & Cultural Center reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes for any reason. All registered will be informed as soon as possible and extended the opportunity to transfer to another class or receive a full refund. If a student wishes to cancel their registration, they must do so one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations less than one week prior to the start of the class or cancellations without notice will receive no refund. Tuition is not refundable after the class has started. Make-up classes are not given for group art classes. Twenty-four hours notice must be given in the cancellation of a private lesson. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a make-up lesson will not be given and a refund will not be offered.
