  • Paula Strupeck Gardner has worked with yoga as a therapeutic medium with people with conditions such as MS, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, COPD, and rheumatoid arthritis, as well as day-to-day aches and pains of the lower back, shoulders, feet and knees, anxiety and depression. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Experience for yourself how yoga helps you restore energy, soothe tired muscles, aches and pains, and find greater calm in our busy, fast-paced world. Feel its positive effects of reducing stress and increasing focus. Come and relax. Classes will be tailored to the bodies of the participants. They will begin in a chair, use the chair as necessary throughout the session and end with a guided meditation. Participants need to bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
