Paula Strupeck Gardner has worked with yoga as a therapeutic medium with people with conditions such as MS, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, COPD, and rheumatoid arthritis, as well as day-to-day aches and pains of the lower back, shoulders, feet and knees, anxiety and depression. If you’re breathing, you can do yoga. Experience for yourself how yoga helps you restore energy, soothe tired muscles, aches and pains, and find greater calm in our busy, fast-paced world. Feel its positive effects of reducing stress and increasing focus. Come and relax. Classes are tailored to participants. Participants need bring a yoga mat and a blanket and to be able to get up and down from the floor. Chair yoga is now available for those who cannot.
